Our mission is to provide natural nutritional education respecting the individual’s personal tastes, morals, and social values. Our vision is threefold: to motivate people to draw connections between physical, emotional, and spiritual health; to partner with local community; and to encourage ethical consumption consciousness. We inspire whole-foods discussion, offer lifestyle guidance, and provide care and accountability within a safe and non-judging environment. Together we identify the individual’s food story to give insight and the basis for action plans and achievements. We offer nutrition workshops, support groups, and food demonstrations. Our principal goal is to support people to become their own health champion in order to grow their health!
