Transformations & Transitions Life Coaching

Speaker, Certified Transformational Coach, and Emotional Liberation Facilitator

Laureen has been an active advocate for women, children and marginalized communities her whole adult life. Her natural passion for advocacy led to a successful career as a courtroom lawyer for 20 years. In 2013 she decided that she wanted to support women in a more proactive way, direct way. Laureen followed her passion and became a certified Transformational Life Coach, a facilitator of WomanSpeak and GirlSpeak public speaking training, the first Canadian trained in Emotional Liberation Therapy, and a women's circles facilitator.

Laureen’s clients benefit from the combined strengths of her analytical mind, her grounded sensitive nature, her keen intuition, and her extensive experience as a public speaker.

Laureen believes deeply in supporting women in life, business, and leadership. Believing that "we were never meant to do this all alone", Laureen considers it an honour to uplift other women to reach their greatness and to help women get their voices out into the world.
