Kathy MacFarlane, MA, CFRE

Kathy is a leadership development specialist, writer and speaker with a particular interest in spiritual intelligence (SQ) as a key element in personal and organizational effectiveness. She believes in maximizing creativity and innovation by inviting people to bring their soul to the workplace. Kathy is also an expert at facilitating and leading teams and teaching key leadership principles and practices so others can do the same.
